At Juice, we want you to be fully powered by your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all electronic devices and accessories. If your tech isn't the perfect fit, we provide a streamlined process for returns and exchanges to get you back online.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Juice account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Hardware

  Ensure the device is factory reset with all personal data removed, then place it in its original packaging including all cables, manuals, and accessories.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
